Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Only verified users are eligible to submit exhibitions to contests.
• Users must have a verified account status to participate.
• All submissions must comply with Opuxvault's terms of service.

2. NFT Requirements

• Purchased NFTs Only: All NFTs in your exhibition must be purchased from other users on Opuxvault. Self-created NFTs are not allowed.
• Unique NFTs: Each NFT can only be submitted to one active contest at a time. NFTs already submitted to another active contest cannot be used.
• Ownership Verification: You must be the current owner of all NFTs in your exhibition. The system will verify ownership through purchase records.
• Minimum Requirements: Exhibitions must contain at least 5 NFTs to be eligible for submission.

3. Submission Process

• Submissions must be made before the contest deadline.
• Once submitted, you cannot modify or remove your exhibition from the contest.
• Each user can submit only one exhibition per contest.
• Submissions are final and cannot be withdrawn after the deadline.

4. Rating & Judging

• Exhibitions will be rated by judges or through community voting (as specified in each contest).
• Ratings are based on various criteria including creativity, curation quality, and overall presentation.
• Rating decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
• Ratings will be displayed publicly on the contest page.

5. Prizes & Payments

• Prize amounts are determined based on final ratings and contest prize pool distribution.
• Prizes are paid in ETH (Ethereum) to the winner's Opuxvault wallet.
• Prize distribution occurs after the contest ends and ratings are finalized.
• Winners will be notified via email and through their Opuxvault account.
• Prize payments are subject to Opuxvault's payment processing policies.

6. Prohibited Content

• Exhibitions containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
• Any attempt to manipulate ratings or game the system will result in immediate disqualification.
• Plagiarized or stolen content is strictly prohibited.

7. Disqualification

• Opuxvault reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates these terms.
• Disqualified participants will not be eligible for prizes.
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

8. Changes & Cancellations

• Opuxvault reserves the right to modify contest terms, extend deadlines, or cancel contests at any time.
• In case of cancellation, participants will be notified and any submitted exhibitions will be released.
• Prize pools may be adjusted based on contest participation and final decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Opuxvault is not responsible for any technical issues, network problems, or other circumstances that may affect contest participation or prize distribution. Participants agree to release Opuxvault from any liability related to contest participation.
